The Atlantic Presents the 3rd Annual Food Summit

On Thursday, May 24 The Atlantic will host its third annual Food Summit, featuring America’s leading lifestyle entrepreneur and author Martha Stewart; chef and restaurateur Mario Batali; Deputy Secretary of Agriculture Kathleen Merrigan; and Revolution Foods’ Kirsten Tobey, among other influential voices in the food industry.  Through a series of panel discussions, one-on-one interviews, and keynote addresses, the Summit will explore key themes in food, including the obesity epidemic, childhood nutrition, sustainable agriculture, and the role of government regulation. The Summit will be hosted by Corby Kummer, Atlantic Senior Editor and James Beard award-winning food writer.
