Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Nestlé USA and its affiliates and subsidiaries (referred to as “Nestlé”, the “Company”, “we,” or “our” as applicable) collect, use, and disclose information about you. This Privacy Policy applies to information that we collect when you use or access our websites (each a “Site”), mobile applications (each an “App”), and services (collectively the “Services”) that display or link to this Privacy Policy, or when you otherwise interact with us. In some cases, we may provide different or additional policies or notices about our information practices. Payment information. If you make a purchase, we work with a third-party payment processor to collect and process your billing address and payment method information.

Social media account information. If you link a third-party social media account with us, we may collect information you have publicly shared on your account.

Examples include photos, videos, personal stories, product reviews, or other similar media or content. Targeted Advertising and Analytics

We engage others to provide analytics, serve advertisements, and perform related services across the web and in mobile apps.
