Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 1 medium zucchini (about 250 grams)
  • 2 tsp Trader Joe's Everything But the Bagel Seasoning Blend 3 tbsp liquid egg whites

Directions:

Prep time: 5 mins Cook time: 25 mins Total time: 30 mins

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl so that zucchini is well coated with egg white and seasoning.
  2. Spread zucchini evenly on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and serve as a side with your favorite comfort food!
