Ingredients (Serves 1):
- 1 medium zucchini (about 250 grams)
- 2 tsp Trader Joe's Everything But the Bagel Seasoning Blend 3 tbsp liquid egg whites
Prep time: 5 mins Cook time: 25 mins Total time: 30 mins
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl so that zucchini is well coated with egg white and seasoning.
- Spread zucchini evenly on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve as a side with your favorite comfort food!
