Cantaloupe & Baby Arugula Prosciutto Bundles
This recipe was created in partnership with Tastemade and can be paired with Asparagus with Grape Tomatoes.
These sweet and savory bundles make a great pair with Stouffer’s Lasagna with Meat & Sauce.
Ingredients (Serves 8):
- 16 slices thin prosciutto
- 1 cup baby arugula
- 16 thin wedges fresh cantaloupe
- Lay the prosciutto on your work surface.
- Lay a small handful of the baby arugula in the center of each slice then top with a wedge of cantaloupe.
- Wrap up the melon with the prosciutto.
- Repeat with remaining melon.
