Cantaloupe & Baby Arugula Prosciutto Bundles

This recipe was created in partnership with Tastemade and can be paired with Asparagus with Grape Tomatoes.

These sweet and savory bundles make a great pair with Stouffer’s Lasagna with Meat & Sauce.

Ingredients (Serves 8):

  • 16 slices thin prosciutto
  • 1 cup baby arugula
  • 16 thin wedges fresh cantaloupe


  1. Lay the prosciutto on your work surface.
  2. Lay a small handful of the baby arugula in the center of each slice then top with a wedge of cantaloupe.
  3. Wrap up the melon with the prosciutto.
  4. Repeat with remaining melon.
