Grilled Spiced Skirt Steak



Pair this hearty dish with Stouffer’s Family Size Classic Mac & Cheese for a satisfying family meal.




  • 1 pound skirt steak
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried mustard powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper


  1. In a small bowl, combine paprika, cumin, salt, mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano and pepper. Mix well. Sprinkle mixture over steak. Let stand for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Heat grill pan on high heat. Lightly spray pan with cooking spray. Place steak on grill. Cook on one side for 4 to 5 minutes. Flip and continue cooking for another 4 minutes. Remove from grill and let steak sit for 10 minutes before slicing. Taste for seasoning.
