Kale Ranch Chips

- 6 cups tightly packed roughly torm kale leaves (about 1 bunch, center and stems removed)
- 1/4 cup tahini sauce
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons ranch salad dressing mix
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Place the kale in a large resealable plastic bag. In a large bowl whisk together tahini sauce, olive oil, ranch dressing mix, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into the resealable bag with the kale and then shake and massage to coat the kale.
Spread the kale in a single layer on 2 large baking sheets. Transfer sheets to the oven and bake until the leaves are crispy, about 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and return any leaves to the oven that are not crispy and bake for a minutes more or until they are crisp. Cool completely before serving.
