To learn more about this critical period, Nestlé has started a research project called the Kids Nutrition and Health Study (KNHS or Kids Study), which aims to develop a deeper understanding of the nutritional issues, dietary patterns and lifestyle habits of children aged 4 to 12. This age range represents critical development- and habit-forming years that can impact health throughout the lifespan.
