Nestlé and L Catterton today announced that they are forming a partnership that is bringing together Freshly and Kettle Cuisine, a leading manufacturer of fresh artisanal foods for retail and foodservice customers. The combined company will focus on offering a wide assortment of fresh food products to customers across geographies and a variety of channels.
L Catterton will be the majority owner, with Nestlé holding a minority stake.
