Nestlé is at its best when our people are at their best and that's why we invest in a range of customizeable benefits and resources to support wellbeing. This includes tools that support emotional wellbeing such as meditation app Headspace, and mental healthcare support through Spring Health. Additionally, our Lifestyle Spending Account offers all benefits-eligible employees $500 per year ($250 per year for part-time employees) to spend on emotional, physical, financial or social wellbeing in a way that best supports their needs.

Our inclusive, gender-neutral Parental Support Policy provides benefits to all kinds of families and gives employees up to 18 consecutive weeks of company-paid leave.
