At Nestlé, we’ve spent years building a culture of innovation, growth, and collaboration. Core to that effort is a belief that connectivity is essential to a thriving culture. With this in mind, we’ve evolved our ways of working to be fit for the future.

How we work combines flexibility with the connectivity that comes through in-person collaboration. To do this, we are balancing in-person connectivity in our offices with virtual work. We know that we are better together – and a hybrid way of working is essential for breaking down barriers and encouraging creative collaboration.

We’ve enhanced our offices to reflect our collaborative spirit. Our recently updated Nestlé Navigator app helps employees on all campuses reserve spaces and access other resources that help plan for days in the office – from supporting connections with cross-functional teams to helping with visits to another campus.

We're proud that these efforts have been recognized, including being named as one of The Washington Post's Top Workplaces and earning additional "Cultural Excellence" recognitions in Employee Well-being, Employee Appreciation, and Professional Development

Supporting Wellbeing

Nestlé is at its best when our people are at their best and that is why we invest in a range of benefits and resources to support wellbeing. This includes tools that support emotional wellbeing such as meditation app Headspace, and mental healthcare support through Spring Health. Additionally, our Lifestyle Spending Account offers all benefits-eligible employees $500 per year ($250 per year for part-time employees) to spend on emotional, physical, financial or social wellbeing.

Our inclusive, gender-neutral Parental Support Policy provides benefits to all kinds of families and gives employees up to 18 consecutive weeks of company-paid leave. We also invest in resources that empower our employees to grow – from tuition assistance to tutoring support and free access to on-demand programs like LinkedIn Learning.
