This is clearly a frivolous lawsuit. Pizza does not cause cancer, and it is irresponsible to make such baseless allegations. Our pizzas are completely safe. The ingredients are strictly regulated and compliant with USDA and FDA requirements. Since we acquired the pizza business from Kraft three years ago, we’ve significantly reduced the amounts of added trans fats (TFAs) in our pizzas. And, as a continuation of our journey, we plan to further reduce added TFAs from our pizzas by the end of June 2013.
