Nestlé is proud to share it has earned a spot on the Forbes list of America’s Best Employers for New Grads 2025. This award is presented in collaboration with Statista, the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. The list was announced on May 20th, 2025 and can be viewed on the Forbes website.
America’s Best Employers for New Grads 2025 were identified in an independent survey of over 100,000 U.S. professionals (employees who have less than 10 years of work experience) working for companies employing at least 1,000 people within the U.S. The final score is based on two types of evaluations: personal (those given by employees themselves) and public (those given by friends and family members of employees, or members of the public who work in the same industry), with a higher weighting for personal evaluations.
