Scope

This Privacy Policy describes the personal information that is collected, used, disclosed, and otherwise processed by Nestlé USA and its affiliates and subsidiaries (referred to as “Nestlé”, “we,” “us,” or “our” as applicable) about visitors to websites that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Site”) and individuals who otherwise interact with us in a business professional capacity.

If you are a medical professional visiting Gerber Products Company’s Gerber Medical Hub, we may be required to disclose information you provide to us to the Food and Drug Administration or to public health authorities. We may do so if, for example, you report adverse reactions to our products.
